February 6th is just around the corner!!
Women's only class starts next week Monday February 6th at 9am! This is a cardio base class with an introduction to CrossFit!
Are you embarrassed to walk into a gym? Not sure what to do when you do walk in? Need some motivation? Want to be fit and healthy? This is the class for you!!
We will go over your goals and I will have some nutrition discussions! 😀
This class is an hour long and will be $79 a month. As of right now classes will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
